Ordering/Payments

Orders can be made directly via our secure online store. Once you have made your selection, you will be directed to our payment page where you can pay via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and also our pay by Laybuy option. where you can pay securely with your registered credit card. Alternatively you can contact us Via Email or Private Message on our Facebook or Instagram Page to make payment via bank transfer/Internet Banking. 

Payment is required in full before all products are shipped out (with the exception of Laybuy  

Delivery & Postage Costs

Domestic orders are sent via Our Go Sweet Spot Courier Post Haste, Parcels should arrive within 3-5 business days of placing your order (with the exception of custom orders and designs, or otherwise stated on my website). 

All Australian orders should arrive within 3-14 business days.

 

Out of Stock Items

If an item you are interested in purchasing is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us for details on if or when the item will be available. We do have preorder options available on most items if not instock.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us, we pride ourselves on our customer service and are more than happy to help improve your shopping experience. However you are expected to cover postal costs of any items returned..

 

Privacy/Security

Any personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address and email will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any other entities or individuals outside of Peas in a Pod. Your information will only be used to process your order. We do not collect or store any credit card information associated with your purchase when placing an online order.
